Responsibilities

• Lead operational demand planning and capacity planning for Intismeran, including projections and scenarios
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and alliance partners to align demand with capacity
• Develop capacity planning and scenario modeling to assess impact of demand changes
• Establish the operational intelligence framework with dashboards and KPIs
• Translate data into strategic recommendations for leadership and governance
• Lead performance management and business reviews to identify improvement opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement to scale the treatment ecosystem
