Job summary

Syneos Health, a leading biopharmaceutical solutions organization, seeks a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Oncology) to steer epidemiology strategy across oncology trials and related real-world evidence initiatives. You will partner with RWLP, clinical development and biostatistics to shape scientific designs and regulatory-ready deliverables.

You will oversee study concepts, protocols, and decision-support activities, building organizational capacity through training and evidence generation

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics or Public Health; Masters preferred.
• Deep knowledge of oncology clinical trials and post-marketing designs.
• Proficient with statistical programming languages (SAS/R/Python).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present complex data clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of oncology projects across RWLP and sponsor teams.
• Lead protocol development, SAP, and study reports with cross-functional input.
• Develop and deliver scientific presentations and manuscripts.
• Collaborate with RWLP management to win global business opportunities.
• Mentor teams on epidemiologic study design and regulatory expectations.
• Advance operational processes for centralized/remote monitoring and SOPs.
