Job summary

Windstar Cruises, a premier small-ship cruise line, seeks a senior hotel operations leader to oversee housekeeping, pursers, guest services, and inventory aboard our intimate yachts. You will drive SOPs, digital platform integrations (MXP, ITV, POS, CRM), and commercial success across fleets, while mentoring onboard teams and aligning with corporate goals.

The role requires strong financial oversight, excellent leadership, and the ability to travel internationally as needed to support guest

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership in cruise/hospitality with guest focus.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and adopt new tech.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial oversight of hotel ops.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hotel ops including housekeeping, pursers, guest services and inventory.
• Provide leadership to Corporate Purser, Housekeeper, and Hotel Controller.
• Develop SOPs and implement new initiatives onboard.
• Oversee reporting, budgets, and procurement.
• Serve as business owner for MXP, digital guest platforms, and IT integrations.
• Drive revenue and cost control across hotel operations.
• Collaborate with shoreside and charter teams.
