Job summary

Newsmax Media, Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Coordinator in New York to serve as the primary liaison for on-air talent, handling scheduling, contracts, wardrobe, and daily needs.

You will coordinate with agents, Legal, Production, Programming, HR, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Media, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in television, broadcast media, talent coordination, or related environment.
• Experience with scheduling, contract administration, and production coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for on-air talent regarding scheduling, contracts, wardrobe, and day-to-day needs.
• Coordinate communication between talent, agents, Legal, Production, Programming, HR, and internal teams.
• Manage daily/weekly talent schedules, including shifts, changes, substitutions, and special programming.
• Communicate schedule changes to production and newsroom teams promptly.
• Assist with administration of talent agreements, renewals, and contract-related documentation.
• Coordinate contract paperwork with Legal and talent representatives.
