Job summary

Newsmax Media Inc in New York City is seeking an On-Air Talent Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for talent scheduling, contracts, wardrobe, and related needs.

You will coordinate with talent, agents, Legal, Production, HR, and other teams; manage calendars, assist with contract paperwork, and help recruit new on-air talent while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in television, broadcast media, talent coordination, or related environment.
• Experience with scheduling, contract administration, production coordination, or talent operations.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with talent, agents, executives, and staff.
• Ability to handle confidential contracts and compensation information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for on-air talent scheduling, contracts, wardrobe, and day-to-day needs.
• Coordinate communication between talent, agents, Legal, Production, Programming, HR, and internal teams.
• Manage daily and weekly talent schedules, including shifts, substitutions, and special programming.
• Communicate schedule changes and availability to production and newsroom teams promptly.
• Assist with administration of talent agreements, renewals, amendments, extensions, and related documentation.
• Coordinate contract paperwork, signatures, approvals, and required documentation with Legal and talent reps.
• Maintain organized records of talent agreements, contract dates, renewals, schedules, and related info.
• Track contract milestones and inform leadership of expirations or actions.
• Coordinate wardrobe appointments, fittings, and appearance-related requirements.
• Work with Production and Programming to align talent needs for programming and network events.
• Assist with scheduling talent for promotional shoots, network initiatives, and other assignments.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling talent information.
