Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Director of Integrated Experience Planning to lead patient and HCP experience strategy and integrated campaigns across the US Pharma organization. Located in East Hanover, NJ, with possible remote options and travel as defined by the hiring manager.

This role reports to the Executive Director, Customer Experience Planning and Optimization. You will translate overall strategy into go-to-market activities, collaborate with Marketing Strategy Leads, Data, Insights, Analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
• 8 years of experience orchestrating customer journeys.
• Experience planning for multiple brands/audiences.
• 5 years applying data/insights/analytics to optimize experiences.
• Experience in customer engagement, social media and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Translate behavioral strategies into integrated Experience Plans.
• Develop measurement frameworks to optimize in-market activities.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Plan, enable and coordinate omnichannel customer experiences.
