Job summary

Novartis seeks an Executive Director, Enterprise Experience Planning & Integration, to connect Marketing, Patient Services, Medical, Advocacy, Access, Field Sales, Digital Engagement and Enterprise Partnerships across the patient lifecycle. You will establish governance, operating models, and ways of working to unite stakeholders around shared priorities and translate enterprise strategy into coordinated execution.

The role is remote in the U.S. with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• 10+ years identifying opportunities and driving solutions to orchestrate customer journeys.
• 5+ years using data, insights, and analytics to optimize experiences through journey mapping and personalization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering with marketing, research, and data specialists.
• Champions customer-centric thinking within the organization and partners.
• Experience with media and content testing to analyze integrated communications performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive view of customer and patient journeys.
• Represent enterprise functions in experience planning and priority initiatives.
• Identify gaps and silos creating fragmented experiences, and address ownership and accountability.
• Champion patient and caregiver perspectives across strategy and execution.
• Strengthen continuity across the patient lifecycle from trial through long-term engagement.
• Lead a Marketing transformation and vision within pharma/biotech/Life Sciences.
• Develop governance and frameworks for cross-functional alignment and escalations.
