Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced healthcare administrator to oversee ambulatory and clinic operations. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with clinical staff, and driving quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

You will bring a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), licensure as appropriate, and at least five years of healthcare management, including three years in clinic operations.

Pay range:

Salary

$142,210.00 - $227,531.00

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Maintain licensure/certification as appropriate to profession (i.e. RN license, etc.). Certification in Physician Practice Management, MGMA or similar certifications preferred.
• Minimum five years of administrative health care management experience including a minimum of three (3) years management in direct, clinic operations required. Physician Practice Management and freestanding ambulatory care center experience also required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking to large and small groups. Able to function independently with high accountability.
• Well-lit, climate controlled environment. Minimal potential for exposure to fumes, chemicals, cleaners, sterilants. Must be able to drive, stand and work irregular hours, including some evenings and weekends.
