Overlake Medical Clinics, LLC seeks a Director of Clinic Operations to oversee operations, drive performance, and lead clinic management across multiple sites. The role partners with medical leadership to deliver high-quality patient care and efficient health system operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in health care administration, with 3+ years in clinic operations, and holds or pursues relevant certifications. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
• Maintenance of licensure/certification as appropriate to profession (RN license, etc.). Certification in Physician Practice Management or similar preferred.
• Minimum five years of administrative health care management experience, including at least three years in clinic operations.
• Physician Practice Management and freestanding ambulatory care center experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently with high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical operations across Overlake Medical Clinics, LLC and assigned clinics.
• Supervise clinic management and supervisory staff; lead operations to meet performance targets.
• Partner with the clinic Associate Medical Director and physicians to align programs and care delivery.
• Collaborate with program directors to integrate care across the continuum.

Pay range

$142,210.00 - $227,531.00

The Director, Clinic Operations is responsible for the oversight and operations of Overlake Medical Clinics, LLC as assigned and other clinics as developed and implemented. Responsible for business operations and patient care activities of the clinics. Supervises clinic management, supervisory staff and leads. Responsible to partner with clinic Associate Medical Director and clinic based physicians (both employed and contracted physicians) to achieve clinic, program and performance goals and targets. Partners with program and service line directors to integrate care across the continuum.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Maintain licensure/certification as appropriate to profession (i.e. RN license, etc.). Certification in Physician Practice Management, MGMA or similar certifications preferred.

Minimum five years of administrative health care management experience including a minimum of three (3) years management in direct, clinic operations required. Physician Practice Management and freestanding ambulatory care center experience also required.

Strong interpersonal skills, well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking to large and small groups. Able to function independently with high accountability.

Well-lit, climate controlled environment. Minimal potential for exposure to fumes, chemicals, cleaners, sterilants. Must be able to drive, stand and work irregular hours, including some evenings and weekends.
