Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Clinic Nurse for a full-time daytime role with four 10-hour shifts. The RN will assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document patient care following pathways, provide direction to clinical staff, and coordinate care with the team. WA RN licensure and CPR required; BSN preferred. EHR experience required. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Washington required.

• Electronic health record experience required.

$45.33 - $68.00

The Clinic Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. The Clinic Nurse provides a single standard of care to patients using evidence based disease state management clinical pathways. This encompasses primary care prevention and chronic disease management including self-management support and coordination of care. The RN is responsible for providing daily direction to non-provider clinical staff. Work with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources.

Full-time/ 40 hours per week

Day shift / 4 day 10 hours

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred
• Current RN licensure in the State of Washington required.
