Overlake is seeking a Clinic Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, documenting per policy and clinical pathways.
The role includes directing clinical staff and coordinating with the care team to optimize resource use and outcomes. The ideal candidate has WA RN licensure, CPR certification, and 2 years of ambulatory or med-surg experience, with EHR experience preferred.

Hourly$45.33 - $68.00
The Clinic Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. The Clinic Nurse provides a single standard of care to patients using evidence based disease state management clinical pathways. This encompasses primary care prevention and chronic disease management including self-management support and coordination of care. The RN is responsible for providing daily direction to non-provider clinical staff.Work with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources.
Full-time/ 40 hours per week
Day shift / 4 day 10 hours
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred
Current RN licensure in the State of Washington required.
Current Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
Prefer a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting or inpatient experience in med-surg.
Electronic health record experience required.
