Responsibilities include shaping long-term strategic direction, engaging with regulatory bodies, and expanding CRB’s market presence through conferences and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the design/construction industry.
• 10+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, with deep understanding of life science facility operations and Oligo & Peptides processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and identify evolution pathways for therapeutic science and manufacturing methods; identify equipment and facility solutions and gaps.
• Be CRB’s face for Oligo & Peptides markets, build brand awareness across regions, and engage with industry and clients at conferences, webinars, and publications.
• Increase market capture by aligning with Business Development and Sales for project-win strategies, pre-positioning, and client engagement.
• Strengthen CRB’s design capabilities by mentoring, developing talent depth charts, and growing SME networks.
• Grow CRB’s regulatory expertise and act as a market ambassador with global regulatory bodies and industry groups.
• Differentiate CRB through ongoing improvement of value proposition and by anticipating industry evolution.
• Act as CRB’s global ambassador for Oligo & Peptides across regions, building culture and technical knowledge.
