Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in administration, operations, facilities, or business management leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operational improvements and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building teams, processes, and operational structure from 0 to 1.
• Operate effectively in a fast-growing and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate administration and procurement organization and set operating models.
• Oversee office environment, facilities, and workplace operations including EHS compliance.
• Manage fixed asset tracking and lifecycle management with scalable controls.
• Drive corporate projects, office expansions, renovations, relocations, and events.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering accountability and customer service.
