TP-Link Systems Inc. seeks a Director of Workplace & Corporate Services to lead corporate administration, facilities, and workplace operations for a fast-growing organization. You will oversee assets, EHS, and cross-functional programs, expanding infrastructure to scale with the business.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on execution to support 500+ employees across a dynamic technology environment. On-site role in the US with a strong operations focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of administration, operations, facilities, or business management leadership.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience scaling corporate operations in fast-growing environments.
• Experience building teams, processes and operating structure from 0 to 1.
• Experience supporting 500+ employees.
