Indiana Tech is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial leader to serve as Director of the Learning Exchange. This role reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and provides operational and business leadership for workforce learning, executive education, and academic readiness.

The Director will set the portfolio's strategic direction, balance revenue and mission outcomes, and lead pricing, portfolio management, and contracts development while coordinating with Academic Affairs, IT,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education administration, business, educational technology, or related field.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in higher education, workforce development, or continuing education.
• Experience supervising professional staff and building/scaling a workforce-learning enterprise.
• Experience administering large, grant-funded multi-institution initiatives including budget oversight and funder reporting.

Responsabilités

• Set the strategic direction for the Learning Exchange portfolio, balancing revenue, enrollment, and mission outcomes.
• Lead the Learning Exchange Operations team and establish pricing and revenue-allocation frameworks for non-credit offerings.
• Manage portfolio financial performance and develop corporate training contracts and learning subscriptions.
• Convene a cross-functional steering committee across Academic Affairs, IT, Finance, Marketing and Enrollment.
