Job summary

Indiana Tech seeks a strategic, innovative leader to serve as Director of Curriculum Design & AI Integration. Reporting to the Executive Director of the AI Institute, this role shapes curriculum design standards and AI-enabled learning experiences across the university.

The Director will supervise teams, establish processes, and collaborate with deans and program chairs to ensure accreditation, quality, and scalable course redesign aligned with institutional priorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in instructional design or related field with significant leadership experience.
• Experience leading instructional design initiatives and scalable curriculum development.
• Strong project-management, QA, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee institution-wide curriculum design standards and AI integration guidelines.
• supervise Curriculum Project Manager and teams of Learning Designers and Learning Technologists.
• Translate pedagogical goals into structured, resourced curriculum projects and ensure quality across programs.
