• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to campuses and professional development activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with campus leadership to build employer connections and training/completions metrics.
• Align workforce pipeline strategies with apprenticeship, internship, and placement programs.
• Identify and respond to demand-driven needs and skills gaps in key sectors.
• Cultivate positive partnerships with employers and provide consulting on their needs.
