Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years in strategic and consultative sales.
• Willingness to travel between campuses and to professional development activities.
• Experience building employer partnerships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus strategy for employer connections and training metrics.
• Develop partnerships with area employers and coordinate with campuses.
• Market, enrollment, data management and analysis for programs.
• Collaborate with faculty to align credit and noncredit workforce development.
