Indiana Tech is recruiting a strategic, entrepreneurial Director of the Learning Exchange to provide operational and business leadership for workforce learning, executive and leadership education, professional development, and academic pathways.

Reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Director will lead the Learning Exchange Operations, establish pricing and revenue frameworks, and drive performance across non‑credit offerings and corporate training contracts, while cultivating

Qualifications

Master’s degree in higher education administration, business, educational technology, or related field.
At least seven years of progressively responsible leadership in higher education, workforce development, or continuing education.
Experience supervising professional staff and scaling a workforce‑learning enterprise.
Experience administering large, grant‑funded, multi‑institution initiatives with budgets and funder reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead Learning Exchange operations and set strategic direction for the portfolio.
Establish pricing, revenue allocation, and manage non‑credit offerings and corporate training contracts.
Oversee grant administration, budgeting, milestone tracking, and funder reporting.
Develop employer partnerships and negotiate training, subscriptions, or licensing agreements.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Academic Affairs, IT, Finance, Marketing, Enrollment, and Institutional Effectiveness.
