Job summary

Comcast seeks an Executive Director to lead HR Technology & Shared Services workforce data insights, governance, and risk management. You will drive data-informed decisions and ensure data integrity across systems, partnering across HR, Technology, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit to optimize services.

You will guide analytics, governance, and automation initiatives to strengthen controls, enable transformation, and deliver measurable business outcomes for a Fortune 50 leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/Analytics/HR or related field required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in HR technology, analytics, governance, or risk, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience with enterprise HCM platforms, especially Workday.
• Strong data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and drive AI/automation-enabled improvements.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead KPIs and actionable insights to improve HRTSS performance and employee experience.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR products, services, and shared services capabilities.
• Leverage analytics, AI, and automation to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead workforce data efforts for transformation initiatives and risk management.
