Comcast is seeking an Executive Director of HR Planning & Enablement to shape how HR plans, prioritizes, governs, and enables enterprise work. This player-coach role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery and leads a small expert team.

The role drives workforce governance, aligns the Enterprise People Plan with business priorities, and advances AI-enabled work redesign while partnering across HR, Finance, and transformation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, enterprise planning, governance, or related work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive storytelling abilities.
• Hands-on practitioner who can deliver analyses, frameworks and executive materials.
• Experience with automation, AI-enabled or agent-supported work design.

Responsabilités

• Leads the design and evolution of an integrated HR planning and enablement model aligning strategy, governance and execution.
• Acts as player-coach, performing complex analyses and delivering executive materials while guiding the team.
• Aligns Enterprise People Plan, HRBP plans, COEs, workforce insights and capacity with business priorities.
• Leads Workforce Architecture Governance covering jobs, profiles, roles, skills and workforce data.
• Establishes governance, rhythms, escalation paths and prioritization for an aligned HR enterprise function.
• Oversees planning, prioritization and portfolio governance across HR, aligning resources with priorities.
• Guides automation and AI-enabled work design, including measurement of capacity, quality and speed.
• Collaborates with HR leadership, Finance, Transformation partners to integrate planning, data and execution.
