How you will make an impact:

As the Director of Wellness (RN), you will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating care plans, collaborating with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to promote safety and support, managing clinical oversight, medication administration, infection control, staff training, and ensuring adherence to Colorado assisted living regulations.

This is a full-time position.

What you will need:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required)
• 2-3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care (required)
• Strong knowledge of Colorado assisted living regulations and resident rights (required)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers
• Passion for senior care and person-centered services
