Description: Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a complex community to meet residents' healthcare needs. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as needs evolve. Supervises and leads licensed nurses and direct care staff, possibly leading a clinical leadership team of up to five members. The community's HWD level is determined based on complexity factors such as size, product lines, medication management, licensure, regulatory requirements, and skilled services requiring an RN.
