Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Director for Voice-centric product solutions in Seattle. You will guide architectural design of enterprise CCaaS deployments and advise large customers through transformational initiatives using AFCC and related voice technologies.

This senior role requires deep telephony knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor teams while advancing strategic initiatives across client engagements in a dynamic Salesforce environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
• 5+ years in Contact Center, CCaaS, or Voice tech.
• Deep knowledge of voice, telephony concepts and CTI protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership for scalable voice workflows.
• Guide deployment of advanced voice technologies across AFCC/CCaaS.
• Architect integration of CCaaS platforms with Salesforce.
• Identify and manage risks in high-profile engagements.
• Negotiate solutions with customers and vendors.
• Review project direction and ensure scalable designs.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and reference architectures.
