Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Contact Center/CCaaS/Voice technologies.
• Deep expertise in Partner Contact Center and major telephony platforms.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership designing scalable voice workflows and CTI integrations.
• Guide customers in deploying advanced voice technologies to enable omnichannel experiences.
• Review project direction and artifacts to keep programs on track.
• Grow internal knowledge through community assets and reference architectures.
