Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Solution Director specializing in Voice-centric product solutions to guide complex cloud telephony programs for enterprise clients. You will architect and deliver high-impact CCaaS solutions, mentor teams, and drive knowledge sharing within CSG Professional Services.

You will lead strategic initiatives, advise on AFCC and partner CCaaS deployments, and ensure scalable, integrated voice architectures across Salesforce and external platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture or consulting with 5+ years in CCaaS/Voice tech.
• Deep expertise in major telephony platforms and AFCC knowledge is a plus.
• Strong grasp of voice concepts: PBX, ACD, IVR, SIP, WebRTC, CTI.
• Experience designing complex routing, omni-channel experiences, and Salesforce routing engines.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on scalable voice workflows and real-time media flows across AFCC and partner suites.
• Guide customers in deploying Agentforce, Einstein Insights, and AI for omnichannel experiences.
• Architect integrations of CCaaS with Salesforce, handling SIP, WebRTC, and latency optimizations.
• Identify risk areas on high-profile engagements and drive complex telephony solutions to resolution.
• Negotiate solutions with customers and vendors, and manage client expectations.
• Review project direction, dial plans, routing logic, and data models to keep programs on track.
• Lead internal initiatives to grow the practice and contribute to knowledge assets.
