Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership, including virtual care or digital health programs in a multi-site health system.
• Expertise in primary care or ambulatory operations, including provider scheduling templates, access management, and clinic workflow redesign.
• Strong capacity, supply and demand, and workforce planning capabilities with scalable staffing plans.
• Proven ability to partner with physician and clinical leadership using data to drive change.
• Experience leading multi-workstream transformational efforts with clear targets and playbooks.
• Strong analytical orientation and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced degree in MHA, MBA, or clinical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define customer experience standards for virtual care and ensure platforms meet them.
• Lead efforts to make synchronous and asynchronous virtual care platforms customer-centric and intuitive.
• Work with technical teams to enable new virtual care capabilities and increase capacity.
• Partner with Medical Group leadership to expand virtual care capacity and adoption.
• Convert in-person visits or messages into video or asynchronous visits when appropriate.
• Scale innovative, hybrid staffing models through primary and specialty care.
• Collaborate with analytics to develop insights on adoption, experience, and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to remove barriers to adoption.
