Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Director of Demand & Supply Matching in Dallas to align capacity with patient demand and guide customers to appropriate care settings. You will lead reconfiguration of care delivery channels with the Medical Group and partner with analytics to forecast demand and supply.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, care navigation, or product leadership.
• Experience with care guidance standards and clinical workflow design.
• Strong data fluency and predictive modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop near-real-time demand model with Analytics and Medical Group.
• Define and operationalize standardized care guidance protocols across sites of care.
• Leverage AI to accelerate protocol development using real-world data at scale.
• Build platforms and tools embedding care guidance into digital front doors and contact center workflows.
• Apply behavioral science to protocol design and customer messaging to improve adherence.
• Quantify required clinical supply and partner with Analytics to forecast capacity impact.
• Recommend proactive staffing, panel-size, and scheduling adjustments to balance capacity against demand.
• Establish a data layer and analytics to validate safety and efficacy of care guidance protocols.
• Monitor protocol safety and efficacy with Medical Group clinical experts.
