This role requires DVM, a strong leadership track, and extensive multi-location veterinary management experience.

Qualifikationen

• DVM/VMD required for practice leadership.
• Active license in good standing in every state overseen.
• Five years of small animal veterinary medicine and surgery experience.
• Two years of hospital leadership experience.
• Five years of multi-location veterinary management experience.
• DEA and regulatory compliance knowledge and eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles within self and team.
• Drive doctor team growth through recruiting, referrals, and hiring.
• Ensure onboarding and mentorship excellence for new staff.
• Consult with operational partners on doctor risk, staffing needs and compensation.
• Develop and lead ACOS to ensure care meets quality standards.
• Drive market performance to deliver high-quality medical care aligned with quality domains.
• Oversee medical quality programs and auditing with field/hospital leaders.
• Ensure hospital safety and regulatory compliance in operations.
• Develop relationships with veterinary colleges for long-term recruiting.
• Manage market-level medical equipment budget and maintenance.
