The role requires a DVM, 5+ years of small animal practice, and 2+ years in hospital leadership, with 5+ years in multi-location veterinary management. Travel to markets is expected.

Qualifikationen

• DVM/VMD required and active license in good standing.
• Five years of small animal veterinary medicine and surgery experience.
• Two years of hospital leadership experience.
• Five years of multi-location veterinary management experience.

Aufgaben

• Live and exemplify Banfield's Five Principles within self and team.
• Partner with ACOS to recruit, mentor, and develop doctor teams.
• Oversee onboarding and mentorship; advise on doctor risk, staffing, and compensation.
• Lead Area Chiefs of Staff to ensure care meets industry, regulatory, and Banfield standards.
• Drive market performance to deliver high-quality medical care aligned with quality domains and KPIs.
• Oversee medical quality programs and ensure adoption with field and hospital leaders.
