Job summary

Insight Housing seeks a Director of Supportive Services to lead all supportive services programs under the Chief Programs Officer, including SSVF and RRH initiatives. You will guide operational and strategic success, oversee staff, and coordinate with partners to improve outcomes and funding diversification.

The role requires strong leadership, program design, and community relations to advance housing stability for Veterans and low-income clients across multiple counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field required.
• 7+ years direct experience providing services to Veterans or individuals experiencing homelessness.
• 3-5 year’s experience with staff supervision and multisite program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and programmatic leadership to programs and teams, ensuring effective service delivery and meeting outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Chief Programs Officer to maximize program synergy across sites.
• Ensure spending aligns with budgets and program goals.
• Supervise program staff including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Lead and manage complex service delivery across 8+ counties with 100+ indirect reports.
• Promote CARF Accreditation compliance and external relations with partners.
