Gartner seeks a Senior Director, Value Strategy & Optimization to lead the measurement and optimization of value from CRM, AI, and technology investments for Sales and Services. The role partners with GSST leadership and stakeholders across Product, Analytics, Finance, IT, Sales, and Services.

The position owns a comprehensive view of the technology portfolio, including costs, owners, users, and outcomes, and establishes a consistent framework for TCO, ROI, adoption, and business impact.

Qualifikationen

12+ years of progressive experience in technology, analytics, operations, or strategy.
Experience evaluating technology investments and maximizing value realization.
Strong cross-functional initiative leadership and program management experience.
Ability to translate financial, operational, and tech data into actionable recommendations.

Define and execute Gartner's value-capture framework for CRM, AI, and technology investments.
