Job summary

DuPont seeks a Value Analysis & Engineering Director to drive enterprise value through strategic value engineering and AI-powered analytics. The role leads a high-impact team across operations, manufacturing technology, R&D, and supply chain to identify and implement cost, quality, and performance improvements.

The candidate will oversee the value engineering roadmap, govern portfolio performance, and mentor capabilities while influencing senior leadership with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer/Data Science, MBA or AI Business Master
• 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience with Advanced AI and analytics leadership and AI-enabled cost modeling

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise value engineering strategy to optimize materials, formulations, components, and processes for cost reductions
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Manufacturing Tech, R&D and Supply Chain to realize value
• Mentor teams, establish best practices, and track value realization with KPIs
