• Experience in healthcare operations or complex regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish an integrated performance framework linking enterprise priorities to outcomes and accountable owners.
• Identify early signals of performance deterioration, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead scenario analysis to evaluate potential operational developments and recommended responses.
• Translate complex findings into concise decision support including drivers, options, and trade-offs.
• Coordinate diagnostic reviews with business leaders to distinguish symptoms from root causes.
• Define intervention triggers and escalation recommendations with accountable owners.
• Guide priorities and development of dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reviews.
• Track effectiveness of interventions and adjust when results fall short.
• Partner with Finance to align insights with financial implications and validated benefits.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
