Elevance Health is seeking a Cost of Care Director to lead end-to-end initiatives that reduce costs and improve affordability across the enterprise. This role bridges strategy, analytics, and operations to realize measurable value.

You will collaborate with finance, analytics, clinical, and business teams, orchestrating complex programs and reporting to senior leadership while advancing Elevance Health's affordability priorities.

Formación

• Requires a BS/BA degree and minimum of 9 years relevant health care experience.
• Strong strategic, business, financial, and operational acumen, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop best practices and cost of care improvement processes; provide end-to-end orchestration across high-priority initiatives.
• Oversee identification of potential savings opportunities through analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
• Champion cost of care initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders to accelerate decision-making and execution.
• Manage and present cost of care projects to senior leadership and participate in enterprise workgroups.
