Gartner is seeking a Director of UX to lead a growing team and shape UX strategy across products and platforms. This player-coach role combines hands-on design, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on responsible AI-enabled experiences.

You will coach teams, advance AI capabilities in UX, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Brand to deliver customer-centered, accessible experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in UX-related fields and 3+ years leading UX teams.
• Proven player-coach leadership balancing hands-on work and management.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end UX work across discovery to delivery.
• Experience defining UX strategy across multiple products.
• Experience using AI-enabled workflows to support UX.
• Experience leading multi-geographic teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
