Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in HCI, interaction design, graphic design, or equivalent knowledge.
• Minimum 10 years in UX design/research, with 3+ years in people management.
• Experience leading a UX function with hiring, performance, and career development responsibilities.
• Track record of AI-enabled design initiatives and governance of design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Cboe’s global UX team across design, research, and design systems.
• Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Define UX strategy, standards, and governance across the organization.
• Lead AI-enabled design initiatives and evolve design systems for scalable delivery.
• Partner with engineering, product, marketing, and other units to embed UX in product definition and launches.
