Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks a Director Of Programs 2 to lead the UUV program portfolio within the Uncrewed Systems group. You will oversee P&L, shape strategy, and drive cross-functional execution with engineering, manufacturing, and BD teams.

You will manage senior programs requiring a government clearance, build trusted customer partnerships, and develop high-performing teams to deliver on ambitious mission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor’s in related field; or 8 years with Master’s in related field.
• Must have UUV Senior Program Management experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall P&L management of the UUV business area.
• Maintains a strong customer-centric and employee-focused culture based upon trust.
• Executes UUV business pipeline in collaboration with Unmanned Systems functional managers.
• Expands and grows pipeline in collaboration with the Business Development organization.
• Develops and leads a high-performing team focused on rapidly bringing innovation and product delivery to customers.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer.
