Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries’ Uncrewed Systems (UxS) division seeks a Director of Programs 2 to guide the UUV business with end-to-end program leadership, cost/schedule oversight, and strategic execution. You will manage P&L, build a high-performing team, and coordinate with Unmanned Systems and Business Development to expand the pipeline and deliver innovative autonomy solutions.

Qualifications

• 10 years progressive experience with a Bachelor's in related field; or 8 years with a Master's in related field.
• Must have UUV Senior Program Management experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall P&L management of the UUV business area.
• Maintains a customer-centric and employee-focused culture based upon trust.
• Executes UUV business pipeline in collaboration with Unmanned Systems functional managers.
• Expands and grows pipeline in collaboration with the Business Development organization.
• Leads a high-performing team focused on rapidly bringing innovation, product delivery and the best possible support to customers.
