Tract is seeking a direction-providing leader to own power development strategy within selected state markets and drive delivery of HV/MV infrastructure for large data center campuses.

You will coordinate with utilities, regulators, and engineering partners, manage interconnection studies, and guide multi-million-dollar capital projects across multiple sites, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Competenze

• BA/BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Power Engineering; Economics; Energy Management; Business; or related field.
• 7–10 years delivering technical infrastructure and utility contracting in regulated electric utilities, IPP, EPC, or large energy development.
• Experience coordinating multiple utilities, engineers, and contractors for >50 MW projects.
• Experience with HV/MV interconnection processes (69 kV and above) and regulatory engagement.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to executives, investors, or Board members.

• Own long-term execution of power development strategy in assigned state markets.
• Lead engagement with electric utilities to develop HV/MV infrastructure for large campuses.
• Manage interconnection, studies, engineering coordination, and regulatory engagement at state level.
• Oversee siting and construction coordination for transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure across multiple properties.
• Manage multi-site capex budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with Land Strategy, Engineering, Environmental, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to advance projects.
• Establish KPIs and report status to VP and senior management.
• Support energy supply agreement coordination and substation oversight during turnover.
