You will oversee schedule, cost, safety, and quality while aligning development, design, construction, and operations across internal teams, GC partners, and utilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience managing data centers or large-scale capital construction projects.
Strong financial acumen with capital budgeting and contract management.

Facilitate decisions, ensure alignment among developers, contractors, and utilities.
Drive integration across design, preconstruction, procurement, construction, and operations.
