Job summary

Highmark is seeking a senior leader to guide the development and management of provider networks across lines of business and markets. The role emphasizes ancillary networks and multi-market providers, with ownership of reimbursement and care-delivery model innovations to control costs and improve member experiences.

You will collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Reimbursement teams; oversee contract signatory authority and external stakeholder relations, and drive strategic network

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract negotiations and network management programs for ancillary and national providers.
• Establish benchmarks to ensure product and service competitiveness.
• Facilitate creation and adoption of innovative products and services for market demands.
• Develop and implement pay-for-value contracts across markets.
• Provide oversight for market-based provider initiatives, including communications and issue resolution.
• Collaborate on network management strategies for post-acute care (SNF, Home Health, rehab, LTAC).
• Lead relationships with internal stakeholders (market leadership, reimbursement, product, sales).
• Represent Highmark to external stakeholders (providers, accounts, regulators, BCBS).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
