Tucson Medical Center seeks an experienced UKG PRO WorkForce Management Analyst to serve as the SME responsible for configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of the workforce management platform. This role will lead support for timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, accruals, and workforce compliance.

You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to ensure accurate and efficient workforce processes in a large healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or healthcare administration.
• Five years of clinical or business systems analytics in healthcare.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems, especially UKG Dimensions.

Responsabilités

• Configure, administer, and optimize UKG PRO Dimensions.
• Lead timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, accruals, and compliance workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to improve processes.
