YWCA Northeast Indiana is seeking a Director to lead therapeutic leadership and supervision for survivors and families, ensuring trauma-informed recovery services. You will supervise a team of therapists, case managers, and peer specialists, shaping program development and maintaining high standards of care.

Responsibilities include compliance with CARF/HIPAA, staff training, grant collaboration with finance, and active community engagement to expand statewide services.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current and valid licensure in Indiana as LCAC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or HSPP is required.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct supervision to a team of therapists, recovery services case managers, and peer recovery specialists.
• Provide clinical input via program development meetings and trainings.
• Lead program planning, development, implementation, evaluation, training, and QA initiatives for Recovery Services staff.
• Ensure group therapy opportunities are provided to clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
