This pivotal role ensures the effective administration and integrity of all clinical and recovery programs, leading a team of clinicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care to individuals and families impacted by addictions, domestic violence, sexual assault, and related traumas.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current and valid licensure as LCAC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or HSPP in Indiana.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct supervision to a team of therapists, recovery services case managers, and peer recovery specialists, fostering professional growth.
• Offer clinical input through consultations, assessments, and agency-wide trainings.
• Lead program planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and quality assurance for Recovery Services staff.
• Ensure group therapy opportunities are provided to clients.
