Job summary
Walmart Inc. is seeking a Manager, Technology Operations in Bentonville, AR to drive performance and execution across Walmart Business store-fulfilled Delivery and Pickup.
The role uses data and customer insights to identify opportunities, investigate fulfillment issues, and drive solutions from root cause to implementation. The manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, translate operational needs into requirements for Product and Engineering, and drive testing, launch, and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering management, or related field and 3+ years in PM/program ops (Option 1).
- Or 5+ years in project management, program management, or program operations (Option 2).
- Experience in ecommerce, fulfillment, operations, or supply chain preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze fulfillment performance, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities and root causes.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to solve complex delivery and pickup issues.
- Translate needs and insights into clear requirements and scalable solutions with Product and Engineering.
- Drive initiatives from discovery through testing, launch and validation.
- Establish operating mechanisms, dependencies, and accountability across partner teams.
- Identify recurring issues and translate learnings into long-term improvements.
- Use data and judgment to surface risks and inform decisions.
