Job summary
The Director, Business Transformation at AEP Service Corporation leads strategic transformation initiatives within the Transmission organization, guiding cross-functional teams to identify improvements and align with regulatory requirements. You will implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile practices, develop KPIs, and coach staff on continuous improvement within an on-site role in New Albany, OH.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of transformation strategies aligned with the Transmission CoE vision.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact transformation opportunities with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee end-to-end process improvement across transmission operations.
- Develop and monitor KPIs; use analytics to drive decisions and track performance.
- Lead change management with communication and training plans.
- Build and mentor a high-performing transformation team.
