Job summary

AMERICAN ELECTRIC POWER, located on-site in New Albany, OH, seeks a Business Process Analyst Lead to drive analytics on enterprise process data and measure KPI-driven value realization. You will collaborate with leadership to produce executive-ready reports and establish processes for continuous improvement.

The role requires broad experience in process analytics, strong communication, and the ability to engage with executives; travel up to 10% and on-call assignments are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience (continuous improvement, operations, project management, or business analytics)
• Associate’s degree with 12 years of related experience (continuous improvement, operations, project management, or business analytics)
• High School Diploma or GED with 14 years of related experience (continuous improvement, operations, project management, or business analytics)

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and provide insights from enterprise process data.
• Develop and measure KPIs in collaboration with the business unit.
• Create presentations, reports, and process workflows for executives.
• Participate in fostering a culture of continuous process improvement across AEP.
