AEP Service Corporation in the United States is seeking a Director of Business Transformation to lead strategic initiatives within the Transmission organization. You will partner with leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, drive process improvements, and establish KPIs to measure success across projects.

Responsibilities include guiding change management, coaching teams, and engaging stakeholders to align with regulatory and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and execution of transformation strategies aligned with the Transmission CoE vision
• Oversee end-to-end process improvement initiatives, using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile practices
• Develop and monitor KPIs; use data analytics to guide decisions and track improvements
• Lead change management efforts with communication and training plans
• Build and mentor a high-performing transformation team
• Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate leadership workshops and progress reviews
