POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Training & Development, reporting to the AVP of Human Resources, leads the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that strengthen leadership, enhance employee skills, and ensure compliance with required trainings. This role oversees onboarding, professional development initiatives, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), while partnering with supervisors and HR leadership to support employee growth, including individualized plans for those on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). By aligning learning opportunities with institutional goals and monitoring employee satisfaction, the Director fosters an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace at Moravian University.
